Doha is a city I have come to know through experiences rather than landmarks. At first glance, its skyline reflects modernity, shaped by vision and progress. Situated along the Arabian Gulf, Doha seamlessly blends contemporary architecture and rich traditions, highlighted by world-renowned museums that serve as symbols of cultural pride. Along the Corniche, traditional dhow boats glide past glass towers, offering a quiet reminder of the city’s maritime heritage. The sea played a pivotal role in shaping Qatar’s story through pearl diving, when generations of sailors set out in search of natural pearls that once defined the nation’s economy and identity long before oil. That legacy lives on in vibrant destinations such as Souq Waqif. Here, artisans, falconers and traders continue practices passed down through generations, creating an environment that feels lived in and authentic rather than curated.
What sets Doha apart is its strong sense of balance. The city moves forward with purpose, embracing innovation while remaining deeply connected to its identity. This spirit was evident on the global stage during the FIFA World Cup 2022, when Doha welcomed the world with warmth, openness and a confidence rooted in its culture rather than in spectacle.

After earning my degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, I started my career in food and beverage, where I developed the discipline and practiced exceptional service. This journey led me to my current role as chief concierge, grounded in camaraderie and in-depth local knowledge.
Upon joining Qatar Concierge Society, I strengthened my understanding of collaboration and shared standards of excellence. Receiving my Les Clefs d’Or golden keys in 2024 was a defining milestone, representing a deep commitment to service and connection built on shared values.
