Harold EXBRAYAT, Hôtel Peninsula – Paris, Candidate of UNCH “Les Clefs d’Or” (France), has won the “Trophée Pierre Quentin” Les Clefs d’Or France 2015 . This award proved to be an excellent way to recognize and reward the knowledge and skills of our promising young members. This year, Harold did an amazing job and demonstrated his best skills as a concierge Clefs d’Or and convinced his section to represent les Clefs d’Or France to his best ability to the Award this year.
The Trophée Pierre Quentin is an event that lasts four hours . It focuses on general knowledge, logic, reflection, organizational skills, creativity, knowledge of the ” Clefs d’Or” in short all the innate qualities that make a good Concierge … Every year and since 2008, the winner of the “Trophée Pierre Quentin” Les Clefs d’Or France is totally invited to attend the next UICH international congress and be the Candidate to the Les Clefs d’Or® Award – Andy Pongco.
Harold has always shown himself to be very professional in manner. He is very much appreciated by customers but also by members and partners of the association.
He voluntarily chose to become a concierge and took the corresponding studies: +4 Hotel School of Grenoble then he was a student of the 2nd FPE Hotel Concierge Promotion which is the Concierge School created by the French association in Toulouse. Harold is really an asset for the future of the association.
Being the Winner of the “Les Clefs d’Or”® Award – Andy Pongco 2016, is an achievement he is extremely proud of.
